‘I AM’ Experience - Retreat in Rishikesh
If you ever pondered the question "Who Am I?" And wondered about the varied answers you get, then this retreat will help you experience the answer.
When you introduce yourself saying "I am X" or "My name is X", are you referring to your body, your mind or your life source (soul) or the entire system that make you who you are?
Indian religious philosophy and yoga scriptures emphatically state that "you are not your body, or mind; you are more than that". Hidden within the outer garb of thoughts, feelings, beliefs and values are your true self, your own divinity.
What if you could remove the layers of thoughts, feelings, perceptions, and so on and begin to feel the presence and become one with it, easily?
This retreat will offer an opportunity to experience your true nature as described in scriptures and then anchor such experience so that you can continuously re-access and live in that experience.
The intention behind this retreat is to: to support your search and allow you uninterrupted time for deeper contemplation, reflection to help you discover ‘presence’ you are - the eternal, expansive and unattached.
Why is it important to be in the ‘I AM’ experience?
When you are aware of your own divinity and constantly act from that awareness, your actions are different than what you normally do. Your thoughts and feeling change because you are not hooked by the happenings of the day to day. You are able to use more of your own personal power because you are no more impacted by the limited perception of who you are. You begin to see others also manifestation of the same reality, which alters the way you relate to people.
With the awareness of your own divinity you do not accept being exploited, manipulated by anyone without your permission. This is because you have found the source of all power inside.
Indian scriptures define this presence as ‘soul or spirit’. The described attributes of the soul are: sat, chit, ananada: absolute truth, absolute consciousness, and absolute bliss.
Living from the space of divine presence of ‘I AM’, the self empowerment happens naturally. You are in a state of continual feeling of peace and joy when you live your day to day life with this awareness.
