It is a unique course specially designed keeping the needs of most learners who are seeking enhancing their competencies in the areas personal growth and change, communication, influence and managerial effectiveness, coaching, counseling and therapy. It consists of following three modules:

Objectives:

In this module, you will learn -

  • Outcome Setting:
    1. Setting Well Formed Outcomes helping the clients access their internal power and experience.
    2. Keys to achieve excellence.
  • Linguistic Skills:
    1. Representation Systems for greater ability to help the client.
    2. Specifying questions using Meta Model of NLP.
    3. Reframing - Widening the vision of the client.
  • Quick change processes:
    1. Changing Internal Representations / Perceptions regarding any issue/problem.
    2. Creating Anchors for appropriate behaviors.
    3. Collapsing Anchors for removing blocks.
  • Deep Change Processes:
    1. Parts Integration for removing compulsive, undesirable behaviors.
    2. Change Personal History
    3. New Behavior Generators
  • Diagnosing the Core Problem:
    1. Asking right questions to know the real problem and help the client solve it.

Methodology:

Totally hands on and experiential. You will experience each process taught in the class and also work with that process as a client and as a practitioner. Each participant will have to demonstrate highest level of skill in using these processes.

Timings: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm all days.
Eligibility: Open to all.
All participants on successful completion of the course, and demonstrating the required degree of competence will graduate as Certified Practitioner of NLP, approved by American Board of NLP.
