Mastering Emotions
Ask yourself one question: By seeking all that you seek, what are you really seeking?
The answer may differ in words, but the fact is that almost all people want to enjoy good internal emotional states which are referred to as Resourceful States. Some examples of resourceful states are: joy, peace, happiness, confidence, courage, creative, hopeful, self-assured, pro-active, self-control and so on.
Almost all people want to avoid being in “paralyzing states”, states which make you feel lousy, and down. Some examples of such states are: dejection, lack of confidence, irritated, anxious, nervous, afraid, pessimism, victimized, stuck, and so on.
You have also noticed that your response to the situation depends upon the state you are in. Research has proven that the performance and productivity of a person depends upon the state he/she is in.
Objectives:
In this training, we would help you learn:
- Creating resourceful states at will.
- Moving from paralyzing to resourceful states, quickly (in fact in less than 3 minutes).
- Convert your emotions of anger, fear, frustration, sadness, and so on into functional energies to achieve your true goals.
Methodology:
The workshop will be conducted in an experiential way where you would learn by doing. You would leave the workshop feeling empowered, and having all the tools necessary to remain empowered.
Knowledge Base:
This workshop would teach material and exercises from NLP, Hypnosis, Time Line Therapy, the Sedona Method, and Applied Psychology in an integrated manner.
